Introductory Session
Learn about Jon’s work. Wondering what an initial session is like?
Jon will speak with you about the reason you came to his office and review your health history. He will take the time to listen to your concerns and give you feedback about any questions that arise.
Jon will ask you to stand up and move around the space as he performs a visual assessment of your posture and movement.
Clients will be asked to recline on a massage table to receive a comfortable, effective therapy session in a quiet, heated room.
Jon will check in with you during the session and offer educational tips that you can bring home with you after the session.
Sessions usually last 1.25 hours.
